My journey as a psychologist started in 2014 when I completed my M A in Clinical Psychology, after being a writer and journalist for many years. I interned in Element H Psychological Services, Chennai for around a year from 2015-2016. From 2016-2020 I was in Dr Matcheswalla’s Happy Minds. I am in private practice since 2020.

I am a certified EMDR practitioner, using it as my primary modality. I am a member of the EMDR Association, India. I also use ISP (Integral Somatic Psychology), a therapeutic modality that helps healing through an integration of body, energy and consciousness.

I have done my Diploma in Gerontology from TISS and work with senior citizens as well. I run a support group for senior citizens with NGO Pana Wellness, in the slums near Cheetah Camp, Trombay.

I primarily work with adults, aged 18 and above. I counsel clients both face to face in Mumbai as well as online. I counsel in English, Hindi and Bengali.
